Now that is a pretty horrific image of motherhood isn’t it? Puts me in mind of the character who wanted to Train Male Children to Be Submissive.
I wonder if his mother really did that to him. I have known of children who were subjected to just plain awful treatment by the ostensibly gentler and more nurturing sex.

Parent’s need to be authoritative and its quite possible that a single mother could be percieved as dominant as a consequance. Most importantly being a submissive man is being a real man… manhood is not about dominance over women, its about meeting your biological imperatives in a logical and compassionate manner, ie female supremacy
Children are taught about God, even though there may not even be one, they are taught about respect for the law, they are taught about how good democracy is, why shouldn’t a family who believe in a hierarchical structure that is lead by the woman of the family not teach their children that this is their chosen set of values?
FLR & Cockold Male: I agree that children shouldn’t be indoctrinated about God, but people can prove why having laws and democracy is good. If we are talking reality and not fantasy, then you can’t prove that men are inferior. They invented most of history’s technology and led the world for 10,000 years. Fantasy is okay, but don’t create bigotry and sexism in real life.
Many of the submissive guys who are obsessed with ideologies like gynarchy don’t actually know any history. They’ve bought into nonsensical anthropology and bad and bogus history.
