yes although I have no idea what context it was said in.
In my pre-teen days I had a number of female friends. They were tomboys and were much more at home in jeans or shorts than in a dress or skirt. They didn’t know how to cross their legs properly. So I saw their panties. Big deal! I was too young to get turned on by the sight.
I moved away before we had the chance to grow up. I wonder if they ever learned how to cross their legs.
Don’t know, but it’s a big fetish the woman cross-legs. It gives an air of authority to the woman, especially when she’s well-dressed of course. Personally when I see such powerful women cross-legged, I want to kneel in front of them and kiss their shoes and toes.
