This is obviously not practical, but it might be nice to give the Owner some leeway to make decisions, just to keep Her sub off balance: “Punishment shall consist of no more than 100 lashes at a time, with whatever implement the Top decides is appropriate.” In practice, She never gives more than a dozen, but She can go up to 20, or 50, just to be devilish, if She feels like it. So Her sub had better not slack off!!!

I had one once with a female friend who wasn’t my girlfriend, but would permit me to be her slave now and then. I used the financial lever. I agreed that I owed her $500 or something, and that I would do her laundry, her nails, and massge her feet whenever we were together, for a months or something, and if I did that, I was relieved of the debt.

That’s the only way to enforce a contract, since slavery is illegal, but enough money can enforce your slavery. It was incredibly exciting to sign that contract.

It can’t be too much money, since you might not want the slavery, but it should be enough to say “ouch”, when you renege on something you were the one who proposed.

It must be legally enforceable, and I think the debt scenrio is the best for that. Just agree that you owe her $x, but the debt will be forgiven if you do certain things. It can’t mention slavery, or totally obeying her, but it could say something like.

“The debt will be forgiven if Joe deposits all of his income into Jane’s account until the debt is paid. Jane will give Joe room and board, make all normal payments on Joe’s othe debs, give him an allowance of $y dollars per week, and deduct $200 per month from the debt if Joe does all the housework, washing, ironing, cooking, serving, and dishes, does Jane’s nails and hair whenever she wishes, and any other household tasks which she desires done, at such times as she wishes them done.

This is very enforceable, since it says nothing about slavery, even though that’s what it makes Joe. It’s simply a repayment of a loan pertly in services, and those services are specified.

The parties know that Joe will be at her beck and call 24/7, since she decides when he will do these things. The stark reality of that doesn’t pop out in the agreement, but it’s there.

Joe will be financially dependent on her (if thet’s what the parties want, as I would), since his paychecks go into her account. He still has his bank accounts, but since she directs his time, perhaps she can refuse to let him go, or something.

You can’t deal with whips and chains or sex, but she will have such power over him, financially and with all the housework, etc. , that he will be inclined to obey her in other things, so he’ll have privileges and not have to clean the bathroom twice a day, or something.

I only saw that female friend once a week, and she died several years ago, but that was really fun. I was her slave in those respects, and the additional benefit is that you know what your slavery is going to consist of; both of you, in many areas.

I’d love to do it for 30 days or something. I can put up with anything for 30 days, especially when it’s my idea, and I’m the one who has created all of these domestic duties and financial dependence. I’d certainly risk $1000 on that. Who knows? If you both love it after 30 days, then you can do one for 90 days. If you love that, then you can do one for a year, and then 5 years.

You get to try it for real, to see what it’s like, and if you both really enjoy it over several terms, you can become her bound slave for several years, with much more money at issue. You can also adjust the agreements as they are renewed, in case there are conflicts or loopholes.

There is something irresistible about being forced to be a woman’s slave, and this is a simple way to enforce it, as a practical matter. You could even add that you’ll obey her in all things legal and safe as her housekeeper/assistant. That wouldn’t be enforceable in court, but at least it would be your agreement with her, and you’d not want the embarrassment of having such a provision read in court, just to throw it out, so you’d obey her.

I’d love to do this, but you’d need a woman you trusted, and who was also interested in similar thingss. I like service submission, so this is easy to satisfy my needs legally. Not many dominant women are that interested in service submissives, though. I read message boards on Collarme, and most dommes have more aggressive ideas.

It would really be fun if you did find a woman who would love that.
