My SO found a more effective way to enforce chastity. Periodically, when she knew how long it had been since I’d had release, she’d put me in a condom and make me perform intercourse for her. Then, when I’d come, she’d take the condom off and put the whole thing on a gram-scale. If I’d had an unauthorized release, my spending would be light and she’d punish me depending on just how light I was. The mental component of knowing I could effect my own release was powerful, because I also knew that, if I did, she’d find out the next time she announced a random ‘fidelity test.’ and my spending was below weight.

I’m a male and there is some truth to your claim that men normally initiate the chastity device fantasy. However, I found the fantasy much better than the reality. In the middle of the night, laying there awake at 3 am in the morning beside my woman, unable to sleep after a week in prison the reality was more than I could handle. When I woke my woman up telling her that I couldn’t take it anymore, I was devastated to hear her say she was adding more days because I broke the rules. I played by the rules to get free, but I didn’t find being submissive much fun. Climbing the walls wanting relief quit being fun on day one, after a week … well, I don’t plan to do it again.

That is, indeed, well said. Nevertheless, there is a certain distinction that I think is important between wanting something you want and wanting something you don’t want. Many more men seem to find the notion of enforced chastity much hotter than simply being chastised. That, in itself, deserves some recognition. It doesn’t change or negate anything you have said here, but many men sometimes feel as though liking enforced chastity is somehow not the same as liking non-enforced chastity, and of course, they are mistaken.

Well said. Chastity is just plain hot. There’s no need to justify it.

Some people just have a hard time admitting they actually like something. Maybe it’s shame, not coming to terms with their own kinks, or maybe they want to believe in that whole “it’s all about her” propaganda.
