This is impossibly exciting to me, as transgendered and submissive, and I’ve read many stories on the net, and “letters”, including from purported women, but don’t believe almost any of them. Most women stive for equality in relationships, and prefer masculine men, even if they are dominant women. In my view most dominant women do it for money, and nearly all of the rest have no interest in a somewhat feminine male.
The stories/letters are enjoyable as fantasy, and one seemed genuine, where an English boy wrote that he and his mother were at one of her friends, and it started raining, and the daughter of her friend suggested the boy could wear her girls’ school raincoat, which was apparently clearly a girl’s, and his mother agreed. The raincoat (Macintosh) had a hood, which tied below the chin. They passed by three students from the school, who laughed when they saw it was a boy, and he also had shorts on, so could have been wearing a dress, for all they knew. The mother explained, and there wasn’t much to it, except the girls kept giggling, and said he’d look good in the skirt/blouse uniform. I found that believable, and did borrow a woman’s raincoat once, when it was pouring outside her apartment, at her suggestion. If it’s a mild type of scenario, it’s believable, but most of them are way over the top. When I was young and worked in a factory and grew my hair long, I’d wear it in a ponytail, and we had lots of women working there, and they’d enjoy putting barrettes in my hair sometimes, but it was good natured fun.They had no idea I loved it.
FLRs are very rare, as I’ve explored the net, considering that hundreds of millions of people are on the net, and at least from the male perspective, this is almost always eroticlly motivated. Of the ones that exist, I think it’s usually the wife doing it for her husband’s pleasure, not because she really wants it. Many women do pretty much run relationships, but that’s more because they are more attuned to what is important, and the husband really doesn’t care, and wants to please her, but in important matters, he will do what he wants, so they are female led by default, and only up to a point. Even in such scenarios, the wife generally does most of the domestic tasks.
It would be nice to be a hudband who lived as a 1950′s wife lived, doing all the domestic stuff, and with the wife controlling the money, giving him an allowance, etc, with his income going into her accounts, but that’s incredibly rare, though it does occur now and then. I do believe some of the accounts/letters I’ve read on such sites.

I’m too old to find somebody, and gave up the chance, since I had a domineering girlfriend for 15 years, and I’d blurt out submissive stuff in bed, but afterwards was ashamed, and would never consider actually doing it. She’d laugh at me. “You promised this, and you promised that, and it was all for nothing.” She didn’t mind that I had TG or submissive desires, but didn’t want to see the TG stuff, and probably regarded the submissive stuff as even stranger. However, if you don’t accept yourself, and never give it a try, on her terms, then you have nobody to blame but yourself, and if in fact you obey your girlfriend or wife, 100% of the time, and never put pressure on her, at least the reality is that you are her slave, and both of you know it. Almost any woman would like to always get her way, and never have a fight, so be patient and be her slave, but never put any pressure on her, and see what happens as time goes by. You are in a FLR, however she defines it. Isn’t that what you want?
