Sexism still persists to a degree that often surprises me (not that the changes of the last forty years haven't been profound). It is those social norms that leave some women uncomfortable with showing aggression, being assertive.

Popular culture still presents women as people of diminish capacity and some women incorporate the perceived norms into their own behavior and self-image.

I am who I am, dominant, strong minded, and smart, not perfect though. I do accept myself that way. I am finding often that it is nto the women that struggle wanting to dominate. It is their surrouning society that has a hard time accepting a dominant woman. More often than not it tends to be other women that try to dpull you down a notch. Strange, but would this be jealousy?

I am just Me. Many find me too assertive for a woman; even when I was COO of a 100m company. People either follow or they do not. I have not had to accept that I am dominant; I have had to find people that appreciate it.

Beautiful image! Look at the self-confidence at her eyes! She's a real Woman, she dominates, she knows it and she likes it!
In front of a woman with such self-confidence, almost instantly I blush (without even telling me anything) and I lower my eyes dwn at her feet.
